This gorgeous #bosslady’s session was my very last session for 2019, and I can’t imagine a better way to end the year!  We had to reschedule twice earlier in the month because of heavy rain in the forecast, but our third time was certainly a charm – we had clear skies, and even though it was a little chilly, Stephanie absolutely KILLED it during our outdoor portraits!  And to top it all off, we had the added bonus of being able to take a few indoor portraits that are already all-time faves in my book (thank goodness for the beautiful, big windows that gave us the most dreamy light inside the lobby of Fearless Salon in Culpeper!)!

Stephanie owns Wellness Revolution, a concierge medical practice that offers advanced skin care treatments in Warrenton, Culpeper, and the surrounding areas of northern Virginia.  She’s been the #bosslady of her practice for almost two years now, and in addition to offering her services at Salon Emage in Warrenton, she she offers in-home services AND she also just recently started offering services out of Fearless Salon in Culpeper!  (So what I’m saying is, if you’re looking for medical skin care treatments anywhere near Warrenton or Culpeper, she’s your girl!)

You may have seen the full brand sessions I did for my mama and my friend Lindsey Nelson earlier this year that included portraits AND behind-the-scenes moments in those boss ladies’ businesses – but I also offer abbreviated sessions for girl bosses who just need a gallery full of fresh, candid portraits and natural head shots (no behind-the-scenes action in this 30-minute session!) and that’s what Stephanie and I did this week in downtown Culpeper!  And y’all, I am SO excited for you to see these portraits!!!

I mean, does she not have the most beautiful smile??

I love a classic, close-up head shot (kind of like the one above!) but gosh, I sure do love candid moments like these next two frames, too!

Can we also talk about the fact that I can’t decide which of Stephanie’s tops I love more, because they are both SO sophisticated + feminine!

I’m not going to lie, every time I shoot in downtown Culpeper, I find even more spots that I LOVE shooting in!  Why is downtown Culpeper so. dang. photogenic??

Also, shout out to the lovely ladies working at Fearless Salon who let me turn their lobby into a natural-light photo studio for 10 minutes!  The light in their space was so dreamy!

Also, I’m legit #obsessed with this next photo.  Stephanie, you are GORGEOUS!!!
