I first met Lindsey through The Rising Tide Society at one of our local Tuesday’s Together meetings! Lindsey is a brand strategist, copywriter, designer, and marketer – and she’s the #girlboss behind Framework Creative Services! (Also, she has a great name! *wink, wink*) I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know her this year not just through social media and our Rising Tide connection, but also because she polished up the LRP logo for me last fall, and then she and her husband, Scott, gave me the honor of photographing a newborn session for them when they welcomed their baby girl in April!!!
I was SO excited when we began to talk about collaborating on a brand session for her, because I had a sneaky suspicion that we were going to be the perfect fit for each other! Lindsey is smart (I mean, she is a fellow Hokie after all!), super sweet, and has an eye for details that fit together just so! Her home office was a dream to shoot in, and I loved all the little on-brand details and personal touches that she had ready for me to photograph!! We spent a good bit of the afternoon together capturing details that reflect Lindsey’s personality and the Framework Creative brand, and glimpses of all the work she puts in behind-the-scenes for her clients (plus the cutest little office assistant you ever did see!). Then we met back up that evening for head shots on our beloved Virginia Tech campus! I enjoyed our time together SO much – honestly, it was one of those days that barely felt like work! Instead, it was more like I got to spend the afternoon getting to know a new friend. It was refreshing and inspiring, and I’m just so excited to share my favorites from Lindsey’s session today!!
I’m a paper-planner girl myself, so I loved capturing a few styled shots of Lindsey’s planner! (I also loved how the blues and purples in her planner coordinate with her brand colors!)
Lindsey’s baby girl slept like an angel during our session, but we wanted to make sure we grabbed at least a handful of photos with her, because every day for Lindsey requires doing all the mommy things, and all the business owner things – often at the same time! 😉
Doesn’t her home office space just feel so crisp, clean, and inspiring? I love the blue + white color palette with silvery-gray accents and pops of purple here and there! (I also love that her hubby has a dedicated workspace in here, too, for days when he works from home!)
After spending the afternoon in her home office, we met back up during golden hour that evening to do a few head shots on the VT campus! I just love that Hokie stone background, y’all…
Love, love, love both of these next shots!
Doesn’t this girl have a gorgeous smile??
I love both of these next two, but the one on the right is one of my top faves!
Lindsey, thank you so much for allowing me to go behind-the-scenes with you in your business! I had the best time spending the afternoon + evening with you, and I’m super proud of the images we created! I hope they serve you + your business SO well in this season!! 🙂
Gorgeous model, gorgeous space, gorgeous campus. Great shots!
