rachel + tim | romantic estate wedding at doe creek farm

Ohh my gosh, y’all.  From the beautiful spring weather (and the pretty flowering blooms that were most certainly showing off for us in the orchards!), to the precious friends and family who were there to celebrate with them, and the incredible team of vendors who worked together flawlessly to bring their vision to life, Rachel and Tim’s wedding day was just a dream!

From the very beginning of the day, Rachel had a natural joy and ease about her that seemed to make her day that much sweeter for everyone around her.  Once the girls’ hair and makeup were finished, Rachel’s mom and sister helped her into her gown and gently clasped her necklace and bracelet for her; and her bridesmaids gasped when they saw Rachel as a BRIDE for the first time!  Tim didn’t stop smiling as she made her way down the aisle towards him, and their sweet pup Loki watched alongside their guests as they said their vows and exchanged their rings.  Their bridal party was genuinely and wholeheartedly so happy and excited for their friends’ new beginning together.  And just like during the rest of the day, these two were brimming with joy in the most relaxed, easy way during their bride + groom portraits and it made for some of the sweetest bride + groom portraits you’ll ever see!  Their guests toasted their brand new life together, and watched as they shared their first dance as husband + wife, and as Rachel shared a dance with her dad, and Tim shared a dance with his mom.  The day ended with a glowy sparkler send-off, and just like that, these two are HUSBAND + WIFE!

Rachel, Tim, it has been such an honor and a joy being part of this sweet season with y’all!  I’m so excited to share a few (okay, a lot) of my favorite images from your wedding day!!!  I hope you enjoy reliving these sweet moments!

Rachel wore her grandmother’s pin (below, on the left) in her hair, and she also wore her mother’s pearl bracelet around her wrist!

Are you ready for these stunning blooms by Silks, Ribbons & Roses?!  all. the. heart. eyes!

I adore this next shot of Rachel and her mama!

Love this next shot of the guys!

Confession:  I’m slightly obsessed with Tim’s navy + teal floral print tie!  It was the perfect compliment to his suit!

LOVE this next one of Rachel with her girls!

And then it was time to get married!!

Isn’t this mountain view behind the altar just breathtaking?!

I love this next shot of Rachel and Tim’s pup, Loki, during the vows!

I was told that all of these pretty blooms in the orchard appeared just a couple of days before Rachel + Tim’s wedding!  And we were so glad they did!  They added that extra little touch of spring magic to our bride + groom portrait time!

My favorite part about this next photo is that it happened without any prompting or posing direction from me – I was adjusting some of my settings and these two just naturally fell into this little embrace and it. is. adorable!

And then it was time to start the party!

I was missing Tim’s ring when I shot details at the beginning of the day, so I grabbed a few shots of the rings at the reception!  I love Rachel’s aquamarine stone set in that beautiful rose gold band!

There aren’t enough thank you’s for the fabulous team of vendors who worked together so seamlessly to make Rachel and Tim’s day so memorable!  It was a pleasure to work with each and every one of them!

So pretty! Her bouquet is gorgeous! I like the photo where the tree is blurred around them! Good job!
